    365 Night Market is the Bay Area’s most exciting cultural event, featuring 50+ food and vendor booths, global cuisines, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities. It’s a vibrant destination for food lovers, shoppers, and culture enthusiasts.
  • When and where is the next event?
    📅 Dates: Monthly through September 2025 (Check out our Upcoming Events page) 🕔 Time: 4 PM – 10 PM 📍 Location: Grand Century Mall, 1111 Story Rd, San Jose, CA 95122
  • Is admission free?
    Yes! Admission is completely free for all visitors. Enjoy a fun-filled evening with great food, shopping, and entertainment at no cost.
  • How can I become a vendor?
    Becoming a vendor is simple: ✅ Fill out the Vendor Application Form ✅ Submit payment to secure your booth ✅ Receive confirmation within 72 hours For assistance, email info@365nightmarket.com.
  • What are the booth sizes and prices?
    We offer three options for food and beverages vendors: Standard Booth (10x10 ft) – $700 for 2 days Premium Booth (10x20 ft) – $1,000 for 2 days Food Truck Space – $700 for 2 days We offer two options for craft product vendors: Standard Booth (10x10 ft) – $500 for 2 days Premium Booth (10x20 ft) – $800 for 2 days
  • What documents do vendors need to provide?
    Depending on your business type, you may need: California Seller’s Permit City of San Jose Business License Santa Clara County Health Permit Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Application Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) listing 365 Night Market, Grand Century Mall, and the City of San Jose as insured Mobile Food Facility Permit (for food trucks) A full list of required documents will be provided upon registration approval.
  • Can vendors choose their booth location?
    Booth locations are assigned on a first-paid, first-reserved basis. Once your payment is confirmed, email your location preference to info@365nightmarket.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • What are the event hours, including setup and takedown?
    Vendor Setup: 12 PM – 4 PM Market Hours: 4 PM – 10 PM Takedown: 10 PM - 12 AM
  • Does 365 Night Market provide tables, tents, or chairs?
    No, vendors must bring their own setup, including tables, chairs, tents, and lighting. The booth fee covers space only.
  • Is vendor parking available?
    🚗 Vendors: Vendor parking is available on site and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Vendor parking areas become open to the public at event start time (4 PM). Please avoid restricted areas. 🚗 Attendees: Parking is available at and around the venue.
  • What can I expect at the event?
    🌍 50+ Food & Vendor Booths – Taste global flavors, shop artisan crafts, and find unique products. 🎭 Live Cultural Performances – Lion dances, live music, and interactive entertainment. 🎨 Family-Friendly Activities – Face painting, games, and creative workshops. 🏮 Immersive Ambience – Lantern-lit walkways, neon lights, and Instagram-worthy backdrops.
  • What if I haven’t heard back after submitting my vendor application?

  • What if I can no longer attend after payment?
    You must cancel THREE WEEKS before the event start date to be eligible for a full refund. You must cancel TWO WEEKS before the event, to receive a one time credit towards the following month that will expire if not used. If you cancel after TWO WEEKS you will not receive a refund OR credit. All cancellation notices should be send to info@365nightmarket.com
