Yes! Admission is completely free for all visitors. Enjoy a fun-filled evening with great food, shopping, and entertainment at no cost.

Becoming a vendor is simple: ✅ Fill out the Vendor Application Form ✅ Submit payment to secure your booth ✅ Receive confirmation within 72 hours

We offer 3 size options for vendors:

• Standard Booth (10x10 ft)

• Premium Booth (10x20 ft)

• Food Truck Space

Prices are dependent on the booth location and booth size.

Documents are dependent on the type of business you operate.

• State of California Seller’s Permit

  • Not required for Food & Beverage Vendors with a Santa Clara County Health Permit

• Certificate of Liability Insurance listing 365 Night Market and Grand Century Mall (1111 Story Rd, San Jose, CA 95122) as additional insured
  

Food & Beverage Vendors

• Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Application*

  • TFF Application Form provided by the Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health.

  • Since 365 Night Market is a multi-day event, be sure to fill out everything under the ADVANCE PREPARATION section.

  • If you buy fresh produce on the same day and prepare and cook everything at the event, then you will ONLY need a TFF -- no Health Permit needed.

  • If you prepare food at another location and bring it to the event to cook, then you need BOTH a TFF and a Health Permit.

• Processed Food Registration (PFR)

  • If you prepare, cook, and package food at another location and sell it at the event, then you need BOTH a TFF and a PFR.

• Cottage Food Permit

  • If you prepare food at home and bring it to the event to cook, then you need BOTH a TFF and a Cottage License.

• Mobile Food Facility (MFF) Permit (Food Trucks Only)

• City of San Jose Annual Fire Permit (Food Trucks Only)

• Santa Clara County Health Permit (If operating outside Santa Clara County, provide a copy of a valid health permit from your county)

Booth locations are selected on a first-paid, first-reserved basis.

• Vendor Setup: 12 PM – 4 PM

• Market Hours: 4 PM – 10 PM

• Takedown: 10 PM - 12 AM

No, vendors must bring their own setup, including tables, chairs, tents, and lighting. The booth fee covers space only.

🚗 Vendors: Vendor parking is available on site and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Vendor parking areas become open to the public at event start time (4 PM). Please avoid restricted areas. 🚗 Attendees: Free parking is available at and around the venue.

🎭 Live Cultural Performances – Lion dances, live music, and interactive entertainment.

🎨 Family-Friendly Activities – Face painting, games, and creative workshops.

You must cancel THREE WEEKS before the event start date to be eligible for a full refund. You must cancel TWO WEEKS before the event, to receive a one time credit towards the following month that will expire if not used. If you cancel after TWO WEEKS you will not receive a refund OR credit.
