All Vendors
• State of California Seller’s Permit
• Not required for Food & Beverage Vendors with a Santa Clara County Health Permit
• City of San Jose Business License
• Not required for Food & Beverage Vendors with a Santa Clara County Health Permit
• Certificate of Liability Insurance listing 365 Night Market and Grand Century Mall (1111 Story Rd, San Jose, CA 95122) as additional insured
Food & Beverage Vendors
• Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Application*
• TFF Application Form provided by the Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health.
• Since 365 Night Market is a multi-day event, be sure to fill out everything under the ADVANCE PREPARATION section.
• If you buy fresh produce on the same day and prepare and cook everything at the event, then you will ONLY need a TFF -- no Health Permit needed.
• If you prepare food at another location and bring it to the event to cook, then you need BOTH a TFF and a Health Permit.
• Processed Food Registration (PFR)
• If you prepare, cook, and package food at another location and sell it at the event, then you need BOTH a TFF and a PFR.
• Cottage Food Permit
• If you prepare food at home and bring it to the event to cook, then you need BOTH a TFF and a Cottage License.
• Mobile Food Facility (MFF) Permit (Food Trucks Only)
• City of San Jose Annual Fire Permit (Food Trucks Only)
• Santa Clara County Health Permit (If operating outside Santa Clara County, provide a copy of a valid health permit from your county)

🎭 Live Cultural Performances – Lion dances, live music, and interactive entertainment.
🎨 Family-Friendly Activities – Face painting, games, and creative workshops.
🏮 Immersive Ambience – Lantern-lit walkways, neon lights, and Instagram-worthy backdrops.
You must cancel THREE WEEKS before the event start date to be eligible for a full refund. You must cancel TWO WEEKS before the event, to receive a one time credit towards the following month that will expire if not used. If you cancel after TWO WEEKS you will not receive a refund OR credit.
