Please note that while overnight security will help monitor the premises, the market and its organizers do not assume any liability for loss, theft, or damage to any vendor property left overnight. Each vendor remains fully responsible for their own belongings, and we strongly recommend packing up all valuables each evening. You are required to agree to the Overnight Property Waiver and Indemnity Agreement acknowledging that 365 Night Market and its organizers are not liable under any circumstances for any loss, theft, or damage. This agreement will release the market from all claims related to property left on-site.
