Each vendor remains fully responsible for their own belongings, and we strongly recommend packing up all valuables each evening. If you choose to leave any items or equipment overnight, you will be required to agree to the Overnight Property Waiver and Indemnity Agreement acknowledging that 365 Night Market and its organizers are not liable under any circumstances for any loss, theft, or damage. This agreement will release the market from all claims related to property left on-site.
