365 Night Market is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring this vibrant, high-energy event to life! With 5,000+ attendees per night, this is your chance to be at the heart of the action, meet amazing people, and enjoy delicious food—all while making a difference.

Volunteer Roles(s) Open:

• 📍 Information Booth Crew - Help hand out tote bags, answer attendee and vendor questions, direct traffic flow, and assist with raffle + prize distribution.

  🚪 Vendor Check-In Crew - Be the first point of contact for vendors arriving on-site. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting vendors upon arrival

  • Confirming their registration and booth assignment

  • Directing them to their booth location

  • Managing vendor entry/exit flow before the event

Volunteer Agreement

Commitment & Responsibilities

I understand that volunteering at 365 Night Market is an unpaid position. I agree to arrive on time for my assigned shift(s) and fulfill my role to the best of my ability. I will treat all vendors, staff, fellow volunteers, and attendees with respect and professionalism. I will follow all instructions given by event organizers and team leads. 

Code of Conduct

I agree to behave in a responsible, courteous, and professional manner at all times. I will not engage in disruptive behavior, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances while volunteering. I will follow all health and safety protocols established by the event organizers. 

Shift Attendance & Cancellations

If I am unable to attend my assigned shift, I will notify the volunteer coordinator as soon as possible. I understand that repeated absences or failure to fulfill my duties may result in being ineligible for future volunteer opportunities.

✅ I understand that my participation is voluntary and at my own risk.

Liability Waiver & Release

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participating as a volunteer may involve physical activity, including but not limited to standing for extended periods, lifting, working around food preparation, or directing crowds. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and agree that the 365 Night Market, its organizers, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during my volunteer service. 

Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, I authorize 365 Night Market staff to seek medical assistance on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation. 

Property & Personal Belongings

I understand that 365 Night Market is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event. 

Photo & Media Release

I grant 365 Night Market permission to use any photographs, videos, or media taken of me during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
