Raffle Interest:
We host free raffles for attendees on each market day featuring items from participating vendors. If you are interested in donating items for our raffle, please let us know what you can provide. Historically, we have gotten 10+ vendors to participate per market day.
Note: We may set a cap on donations as needed. In some cases, we may also close donation requests ahead of the event if participation is already full.
How the Raffle Will Work
Raffles will take place both event days at 8PM located at the main stage.
During each raffle, our team will give your business a shout-out on stage, and draw a winner.
For Food & Drinks:
We will not present the physical food item on stage (to keep it fresh and allow flexibility for redemption).
Winners will receive a raffle winner ticket that includes your business name and the prize.
When the winner comes to your booth, simply collect the ticket and give them their prize.
For Products:
If possible, please provide our team the physical item prior to the start of the event so we can present it on stage and hand it directly to the winner.
If that’s not possible, we will issue a raffle winner ticket for the prize, similar to the process for food and drinks.
